Good News, Parts I needed..!!
Was told that the fixings I wanted where obsolete, by a *main HD dealer, but found them in another Harley dealership, so thanks to one of them big time, and..!! not impressed by the other.
Got the controls fitted and throttle working, got a good lead for the other bits I wanted, and they have them in stock, at HD dealer no3, seems first dealership just didn't want to deal with me, shame but that is life...
They have done me a good turn in the past though.
*don't wanna slag dealerships because I don't know the situation....so not naming them.

Tank, Speedo & Tacho Mount
Took a week off the build, I was getting no where, getting frustrated with
electrics, but might have a contact to help on that, so started on the
Tank, Speedo & Tacho mount, rubbed down by hand may I add, jeez wish
I had a wee sand blaster, was gonna spray matt black but think maybe
polish and clear lacquer would look good, think chrome would be over the
top.....not a big fan of chrome prefer polished Ali, or stainless steel, clear-coat polished look.

Rear wheel, Derby Cover, Rear Mudguard.
Cleaned the rim and hub, also got the Derby/Clutch cover off the damaged screw from the crash was, flattened but managed to cut a slot to get a wee screwdriver in to undo, the cover is cracked so will need to be replaced...!!
